The convenience of these 1-cup systems is awesome. Sometimes, you just want a cup of coffee...

Yeah, it's not like there is a 24-hour Timmy's 2 blocks away from most locations in Canada.

Except that the cost of a PC Great Canadian for Tassimo works out to $0.44/cup if you buy the 4-pack (14 cups/pack = 56) for $21.99 + tax (essentially 4 boxes for the price of 3) = $24.85

I'd tell you about instant coffee but your head would explode.

But can I get instant coffee at a 24-hour Timmy's 2 blocks away? Cuz I can't think of a single reason why I'd do that in the comfort of my own home, in my PJs, sitting in front of my 70" HDTV with my feet up on the ottoman, and porn on my laptop...

Boom. Explode.

I can't relate. We don't even have colour TV available yet in the 'burg.

Why are you relegating your pr0n to your small screen when sitting in front of the 70" one?

Doesn't matter if the resolution of the original video isn't 1080+. Would look like garbage on a larger, higher resolution screen.

Closest to me is about 300km away, I think. It's either 300km or over 500.

Taxes are minimal. Also, I can't stand Timmy Ho's anyway. No loss for me. I liked it when I drank coffee with milk and sugar (they need to patent their measurements, they make the perfect double double) but when I made the slow switch to black coffee, I discovered that the coffee itself wasn't very good.

I can drink coffee without sugar (although I prefer it sweet) but I almost can't stand it without the milk or cream. Too acidic for my like, and this is where Timmy's coffee is nice and mellow. But sometimes a bit weak tasting. This is why I liked Newman's Own.
