Give it an hour and they will be in 7th.

Bottom line, just intercepting that pass takes tremendous hockey sense). To then draw both defenders to him and dish it back to Alfie before the FLA player that was out of the zone had a chance to make himself relevant, that just made it one of the most outstanding plays I've seen from a rookie defender in a very very long time.SeawaySensFan wrote:SpezDispenser wrote:Honestly can't believe that happened. Rundblad's pass was what got that goal going.
That was a good shift all around. Started with a DaCosta steal and lot of second efforts by all 5.

He's back, him and Cowen look like they have a ton of chemistry and are really getting a feel for each other now. He's controlling parts of the game again.
Maybe it's just me, but I find Cowen to be the least confident that I've seen him since his first couple of games. He's getting there, but I find he took a step back the last couple of games.

Why? Because a team that was being put together with 3 new coaches, a new system, and 5, 6 rookies struggled early on. They have a lot of their game cleaned up, especially the PK. They are outworking their opponents each night and if it wasn't for bad luck they probably would have an above 500 record.

With Hoffman, Silfverberg, Petersson, Puempel, Noesen in the system I'd say odds are at least one of them makes it.
