Ottawa will be wearing their new heritage jerseys for the first time in a game.

Craig Anderson will be facing off against his former team. The team that traded him for Brian Elliot.

JS Giguere will start for Colorado, as they play the 2nd half of back-to-back games, and look for their third straight win. Hopefully Ottawa can capitalize on a tired Avs team and jump on them early to take a lead - for the first time this season!

The game will be broadcast on Sportsnet.

And it's just another game for Anderson. He's not, at all, looking forward to making his former GM/coach look stupid for getting rid of him. No chance. Guy's as professional as they come. He will take it one shot at a time. Never care for the logo on the jersey of the guys shooting at him.

My first game of the season!!! First in a long time actually.

Another game for Rundblad, I have to say he deserves it, I thought he would be a disaster but he handled his first game very well. Only 2 mistakes, one that ended up in our net...but these are things he'll learn from for sure.

Filatov and Butler scratched again - after reading about that practice the other day, i'm not surprised. Hopefully they can make their way back in the lineup soon though. I guess they haven't been showing MacLean what he wants to see. A little immaturity perhaps?

I saw a quote somewhere this morning where MacLean said Butler had been busting his hump in practice. I guess this is a reward. Condra shouldn't feel bad - I don't think it was his play that got him benched, I think it goes hand in hand to being designated to Line 4.

Guys will be in and out of the lineup all year. A guy like Condra has a 1 way deal and shouldn't feel bad about being taken out of the lineup. In all fairness, like Butler, he hasn't done a whole heck of a lot to start the season.

I hope maclean knows what he's doing....Condra would whip out his 2D machine gun and go Dung if he gets benched

That's cuz he was wearing a Leafs jersey. The Sens seem to crap themselves when they see a Maple Leaf jersey.
