in all seriousness though, its good to keep him down there until they finally make a decision on Zibanejad. With Winchester due back too, and we already got butler and condra, I think by end of next week we're saying 'smell ya later' to zibb¥. Like everyone's pointed out, there's no sense in him sticking on a losing team where his development is stalled. Let him play top minutes (hopefully) in sweden where he can hopefully dominate and then dominate again at the world jrs. It seems like a no-brainer now.

Seems to be creating a lot of chances, "skated his butt off" as Joy put it in one of her tweets. I guess it's more difficult against NHLers, or maybe riding the bus is a bigger disincentive than riding the bench.

No, he was given the primary assist, but the goal went to Parrish.

B-Sens just lost in OT (their 1st point) - apparently Filatov was robbed with 2 minutes left in OT.

Actually Filatov got the assist; goal went to Parrish. Filatov almost ended it in OT but the B-Sens ended up losing the game later. Three-point night for Nikita in his first game for the B-Sens. Team is winless in 3 to start the post-Cup season.

Was Lehner the backup? Dan Sexton was in goal and got 3rd star in the loss. Filatov got 2nd.

I'm assuming he'll play tomorrow as well...it's good to get quick games in bingo. He may be up sooner than we think.

Who's he gonna replace ? I don't think he'll be up anytime soon (barring injuries).

He'd have to outplay Michalek or Greening. Yes he can play RW but he looks awful, he looked better when they had him on LW during preseason.

No, that said Dan Sexton (G) in that tweet - the G stands for "goal", not goalie (he scored a goal).
