Filatov to Ottawa?

Still trying to get better information about it but I've talked to a few people that have heard similiar rumours.

The basis of the potential trade seems to be Lee, OTT 2nd 2010 and a roster player (winchester and shannon have been mentioned) for Filatov and an AHL player

Still haven't heard back from better sources about the trade rumour but I figured I'd pass it along and see if anyone else heard something similiar

Done. Play him with Alfie or Michalek who can show him how to play sound two way hockey.

Are we talking about a top 5 offensive prospect in the NHL? Unless he slept with Hitchc0ck's wife (urgh), I don't see it happening.

That's included in TWO WAY hockey. His defense is the reason he's in the KHL I believe.

That's not a good reason, if you ask me. It's a team game let the two-way players play a two-way game, let the shut-down players play their game and let the creative, talented players drive the offense.

No kidding. Having Spezza, MIchalek and FIlatov + the Big3 D prosp, the big 3 on goal , we are competitive for the next 8 years. Diddle the 1st rounder

I can't imagine and I refuse to get excited. You're telling me that Columbus doesn't have A-Train on their mind for Filatov?

If you can get Filatov, you do it, even if VOlchenkov goes.
