And it should be in HD.

Mmmmmmmmmmm HD.

I don't even know where TSN2 is on Rogers. Is it? If it is, what are the chances of a free preview being on?

I believe TSN2 took the old TSN number in the 400s TSN2 is 407 although it might be different depending on where you are in the city or do they still do that? I'm in Orleans and it's 407 for me. TSN is 406.

On my Rogers guide, TSNHD is 506 and TSN2HD is 507. For SD, TSN is 30 (as it has always been) and TSN2 is 98.

Any alternatives for us chumps who "only" pay for TSN1, NHLN (game broadcast here in the US, but blacked out in Canada), and NHLCI?

I take it you don't subscribe to the HDTV package? TSN2HD is included there if you also subscribe to TSN.

The game is listed on ATDHE as being on the schedule:

http://www.atdhe.net/

That would be your best bet.

I think we need to crank out a GDT.

From Ice Chips, pass the dip:

Practice Lines

Forwards:
Michalek - Spezza - Alfredsson
Fisher - Regin - Kovalev
Foligno - Shannon - Cheechoo
Ruutu - Kelly - Neil
Donovan

Defencemen:
Phillips - Volchenkov
Kuba - Karlsson
Campoli - Carkner
Picard - Lee

Goaltenders:
Leclaire
Elliott

Pretty telling 3rd pairing there.

Maybe.

Actually, Jason York was convinced that would be a successful pairing. Suggesting it would make room for Campoli to be more effective.

It's a good pairing. I find it odd that we have too many 5 and 6 D-men again. Sarcasm

Is anyone surprised at all with how things look? Picard I think will stick around because of the one way, but other then that...

The team is basically set, only unknown is will Kelly be here after October?

Stay tuned. I think Campoli will really come into his own this year. He's actually not that timid physically either.

We always said that it would be best to keep Kelly if we're in a position to be winning games going into the 3rd. Right now I would say that Z.Smith is a full year away from being ready, I understand the issue we'll have with Winchester having to sit, but I think we might have to keep Kelly for now and deal him or buy him out (hopefully not) next summer.

I like Campoli a lot, I'm actually thinking that he shouldn't be a 3rd pairing guy, but Clouston certainly knows what's up.

Dont disagree with that but I dont think you can take ice away from a guy like Winchester either. It will all be up to Kelly for the first bit this season.

Schubert is goooooone though. I bet he asks to get out of his contract and goes back to Europe. Better then the AHL for sure.

I suppose they could loan him to the KHL... can't they?
