Like Michallica said, they will be getting rid of the boxes so that's good

OH, well I was there before the 15th I think.Michallica wrote:I thought it was.Ev wrote:Ramp's not there yet, pretty sure.NEELY wrote:It's the same, lol.Michallica wrote:Watson will do no such thing. They just built a new ramp for OC transpo to help aid in traffic congestion on the 417. Not sure how much it's helped, haven't been to a game this season
Parking is also now $16.00... almost the price of the cheapest ticket. They are just killing themselves to be honest.

They also added standing room which counts in the total capacity being over 20K.Ev wrote:Right now it is 19,153.NEELY wrote:Melnyk 100% added seats. It's wasn't built at 20,500.Ev wrote:Melnyk didn't build the arena.

Pretty normal seating, and the ACC actually has that many for Raptors.
You take out the boxes and we'll be back at 18,800 or something.
I haven't paid for parking in almost a decade lolMichallica wrote:It was better before at 18.500. Then they added more seats to make it 19,153 (after melnyk). And then they added standing room. Probably will come back down.
As for parking, wow $16 is a friggin' joke. good thing I just park in the palladium auto parc. 5-10 mins walking is worth paying $0.
They weren't selling out, some of them were free tickets(comps). No one actually paid money for them.wprager wrote:Back then it was only 18,500.Ev wrote:Wasn't too big when when we had no problems selling out

Talking about back when they were selling out. Havlat, Hossa, good-Redden, young-Phillips, etc.Hoags wrote:They weren't selling out, some of them were free tickets(comps). They stopped giving out free tickets and raised prices a bit.
BAM no more sellout.
Oh well the team isn't good enough to get the bandwagon fans to come I guess.wprager wrote:

Hmm I'd still walk to the auto park. Still have to walk to the parking lots anyways, what's another 5 mins....that is if you're like me who never gets to the arena super earlytim1_2 wrote:Parking is $11 in most lots.Michallica wrote:It was better before at 18.500.
