About as often as you agree with them.
I agree with this signing though.
The exception that proves the rule?

Now, if Pittsburgh had signed the same deal, it would be ... well all that ...
Quality post bub...pretty tired of hearing that I'm a Penguins fan when I clearly am not.

oh come on!!!! Whether you're a pens fan or not, you've certainly given us enough indication that you like what the penguins usually do, and as such you also watch alot of their games. But don't worry, we still believe you're a sens fan thick and through
we're all just pissed that you picked the pens to beat the sens in the playoffs last year...

Heh heh.

We may even be somewhat competitive next season too (I'm not talking playoffs), and if not, oh well, I'll start the "FAIL FOR NAIL" campaign early!

No I did not...

Oh and it just dawned on me...
Does anyone think Murray isn't going to be back. Seems odd to me that a GM without a contract has been allowed to make a couple of major signings for long term (ie 3+ years each). You would think if he wasn't coming back, that he wouldn't be allowed to make deals that may not jive with what a new GM would want.
Thoughts??

Yeah, I think most people are thinking the same thing. Why would they let him do these kind of moves - ie, shedding Fisher's money when he has term left, shedding Kelly's contract, re-signing Anderson to a multi-year contract. The guy's got the organization's ducks in a row IMO, he should have every opportunity to do it for another year at least (although, I know a lot of people will hate to hear that).
