I am not sure about any of these things. We are in an injury induced slump. Sure it exposes a lack of scoring depth but Murray is not a reactionary GM. We will likely ride this out....

I would imagine you're right.

Cogliano sounds like a fair rumour though. He's all Diddled up from this past summer (yet another victim in Dany Dickhead's rampage) and a change would likely do him good. He may even have asked for it. And I'm sure Murray's all over it if so.

I would be surprised if Grebishkov or Gilbert or Smid isn't being talked about as well. They have a million and 1 D-men and we have like....2.

I don't see Murray adding to our roster any time soon... I think he'll wait for Alfie, Michalek and Spezza to come back and then see how we're looking.

We need a top pairing. Philly and Volchenkov are severely miscast in that role. The rest of the 'd' would fall in line after that...

I know. I've always liked Gilbert and his stick couldn't be any lower right now. Grebishkov as well, he's an excellent defender who can also put up points.
