I prefer lassi. Over Suzuki I think. Suzuki might be a top 9 forward. Lassi will likely be a second pairing Dman.

If we’re being honest it feels like we drafted by need more than BPA. And maybe in this case it was the right choice. With our first second rounder we might be able to swoop in and grab someone that dropped a little.

I trust in the scouts no matter who they took. That was their BPA so you just gotta hope it pans out. Anyone at this pick has huge question marks

Bobby Brink is another name I hope we can take a stab at.

Leaves three guys open that have great upside with some risk. Time for the Sens to risk a little more with their picks. They’re not big risk takers and that stung them before (like tarasenko)

Kaliyev, brink, or Lavoie with 32 and id like to see graham Clarke with their other 2nd. Successful draft imo. Kaliyev would be great

Haven’t seen Graeme Clarke mentioned for that type of pick. Sounds like he could be taken very late

They put together such a nice highlight package. So much skill and creativity and a booming shot. Hard not to daydream of him bernard-docker, chabot, wolanin, Brannstrom etc if they were to all pan out

This pick is worth a lot right now. I bet some teams had players left over in their top 20 and would pay dearly to get it.
