PublicationsI’m going to be putting together a 32 player mock draft. Even though 3-14 is a dogs breakfast and 15-27 is the same, I’d like to get 50% of my picks correct which is a tall order.

2. Rangers - Kakko
3. Blackhawks - Turcotte
4. Colorado - I think will trade down as they are playing with house money and lots of teams will want Byram here. I can see LA trading up one spot to get him. For now though, the Avs take Byram themselves.
5. Kings - Zegras
6. Wings - Dach
7. Sabres - Caufield
8. Oilers - Again, I could see them trading down, but for this exercise they take Broberg
9. Ducks - Krebs or Cozens, Cozens or Krebs? Cozens it is.
10. Canucks - Newhook
11. Flyers - Boldy
12. Wild - Krebs
13. Panthers - Knight
14. Coyotes - Podkolzin
15. Canadiens - York
16. Avalanche - If they took Byram at 4, they take a forward here. If they traded down to take a forward, they take a D here. For my mock, they take Tomasino

18. Stars - Kaliyev
19. Senators - Seider
20. Jets - Lavoie
21. Penguins - Harley
22. Kings - Heinola

not that I just want to question your ranking but you really see the Panthers drafting knight with their first when they are likely gonna give Bobrovsky a huge contract this summer? i can't help but think that Knight is a late first and could possibly slide to the 2nd round.
also i don't see Suzuki sliding past 19.

Not sure how I missed Seider, especially since I think the Sens should take him instead of reaching on Lavoie.

Yes, I think the Panthers take Knight. I think I said on here before there is 0% chance in my mind that he falls into the 2nd round as I’ve read on here.

I know I had Suzuki falling quite a bit, but I think him, Podkolzin and Beecher do a little.

If knight slides to the second then the sens should grab him. I also think somebody will take him in the first

I added Seider. Instead of the Sens reaching on Lavoie because of familiarity with the Q and recent drafting success from the league in Chabot and Batherson, they now get Seider at 19 instead.

I have reservations about Seider. It’s a boom or Bust prospect for me and I’m not sure I’d want us to waste a pick on a possible bust.

He’s ranked much higher than 19 in my opinion. If he is there, the Sens must take him. Florida and even Vancouver at 10 need him too. Also, at 19th you pretty much always have risk with players. Unless you want to draft Poulin or Beecher because they are sure-fire pros, but they are ranked much lower than Seider. I want Seider at 19 if he is available.

I don’t think Lavoie would be a reach from what I’ve been reading. He had a beastly playoffs and was ranked high before.
