Well it's 4 on 4 and he's the fastest skating defenseman they've got. It's almost like playing with a 4th forward but he's quick enough to get back and start skating backwards at his blue line.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to correct him. I actually meant more when Karlsson started the OT. It makes sense because int hat situation (4 on 4) with more room out there you want your fastest players (and I *really* cannot explain why Martin had Gill out there). So when it was 3-on-3 it makes it even more important to have speed out there.
