And the freefall continues. This team just isn't good enough, injuries or not. It was miraculous that they were able to do as well as they did earlier in the year. The goaltending and defense is suspect at best and if you want to be a playoff team you need both of those.

This team needs a psychiatrist.

I personally say one more before the period is over and then 2 more in the third.

Ottawa will be extremely lucky if they score 1 more. I personally believe they won't score again this game.

Final score 8 - 1 Atlanta. That will make the Thrashers feel good about the beating they took by a similar score vs. the Caps.

Honestly, I don't want him re-signed unless it is for 3M or less. Trade him before the Olympics (because the way things are going, he'll get injured in Vancouver and leave in the summer).

Nobody will take Kovalev (I know it's your money Eugene, but c'mon man!!).

Nobody will take Cheechoo.
