I think it is Weir (like Mike Weir) - Kosh (like Osh Kosh), or Kosh (as in Kosher).

It's like all Polish names -- you pronounce it just like it's spelled. Just like W-o-j-c-i-e-c-h-o-w-s-k-i or W-o-j-c-i-e-h-o-w-i-c-z.

is it polish cuz the w are realy pronounced like V's. it dosn't look polish though cus it would have a z nect to the c (cz).

I've been saying Weer - Kotch. I think I recall him saying it that way.

If you look at the Sens' prospect profiles, that's also the way Tim Murray pronounces it.

I thought in the video where they introduced themselves he said it that way... but I'm not sure.

I just listened to a video about him and I think you're right about it being "Kotch".
