POLL: Favourite Former Senator

Dammit, I couldn't fit Rhodes, Yashin or Schubert ( ) on there.

Hossa big time for me. He was my favourite Sen before he left and I latched onto Alfie.

Big Z. The next closest is Vermette and there are actually a few in that list that I like. I think there will be a lot of "other" votes with the long line of old skool faves sure to make an appearance...

Wow, I can't believe i forgot about Chara in my assessment in my other post. Must have blocked out the fact that he ever played for us, makes the hurting stop, a little. God I hate Muckler!!!

My second favourite is undoubtedly Antoine Vermette.

Third is Steve Duchesne or Magnus Arvedsson.

Somewhere around twenty-eighth is Andreas Dackell.

Only sarcastic about Schubert. Rhodes was a great player and teammate - and Yashin was amazing the year we traded him, setting then-franchise records, so I thought I better give him some consideration. Sadly, we ran out of room. Not to take us off topic here but I gotta say, I can't hate Muckler for that one. At the time, I was in favour of Redden over Chara.

I have to vote for Dominik Hasek. Just cause he was my favourite goalie since I was a kid and he was awesome for us. I'll wait for the wrath of everyone.

Who knows though? He scored back to back 50 goal seasons here, not to mention the 100 points back to back. One of the most prolific scorers of our generation. He's an asshat, but some Ottawa fans might still like him...or not...
