HOLY POLL-Y: Favourite Prospect

Meh...might as well go all the way here.

Hopefully this isn't a mundane poll where one guy get 98% of all the votes.

I'll take the completely biased pick and go with Lehner

wouldn't this be the same as top ten porspects yes i know there is a difference but it seemed that people were voting for the person they liked most anyway...

Peter Regin is my vote he has been my favourite since last year when he was called up he never looked out of place and this preseason he has just looked better and better

I picked Karlsson in the top prospect poll, I'm picking Robin Lehner here.

I picked Karlsson here, can't want to see him playing with the big club this year.

Karlsson is my favourite prospect. I think Cowen's our best prospect though.

I couldn't resist picking Karlsson trailed closely by Regin and Brandon Svendsen, who had a *great* showing in the rookie tournament IMO.

Karlsson is awesome. He's my favourite prospect in the entire league, just a great guy, without the Canadian "cliche" interviews.

My favorite prospect is Karlsson because he's cool. He does cool interviews like the one with Ian Mendes from Sportsnet where they met at IKEA on Carling.

I'm really liking Karlsson though, im still holding out hope that he could be a surprise Calder candidate.

Taveras is going to have a long season in long Island, while Duchene has dick all to work with in Colorado. Plus, Karlsson took the spotline from under Hedman's feet at the U-20.

Perhaps Fisher got regin assisting

Since this is favourite and not best prospect I'm going with Weircioch. I just like how he's developed into a real steal of a pick.

If Karlsson can get 40 points he's got a chance. Hedman may be playing 27 minutes a night, but that alone will not give him the Calder. He's got to help Florida win, and if they don't, who cares how many minutes he was on the ice *not* helping them win? Also, this is the pre-season; can he play 27 minutes a night for 82 games against real NHLers?

I think Karlsson's competition for the Calder will come from somewhere else.

Heck, Hockey'sFuture doesn't even list Karlsson in their article profiling the top Calder candidates:

agreed, Regin has got Fisher doing something (on the wing to boot) that no other player has been able to do.
