I got back to the laptop, saw the box-score (which auto-updates) showing 1-2 and figured they lost. Then I noticed a little OT next to the score. Hmm, interesting. They updated that but not the score. I figured they tied it up but lost in OT and somehow that explained the 1-2 score. So I refresh and see the sweet, sweet W.

Interesting stat -- Alfie and Spezza had 0 SH ice time. Sens had 3 PKs (they average 4+).

I would like to remind everyone that the reason we won this game was . Our defence (particularly our two young Swedes) was terrible. Anderson bailed us out on numerous occasions, keeping us in the game (as he has a tendency to do). He played great.

Also, it's funny how sensitive the Sabres are to anyone touching miller. Greening just runs out of space behind the net and can't avoid him...and then he gets to fill in Ehroff.

Good game (other than the D)...hopefully 9MM isn't out long-term.
