I can't believe Lessard is still up here..

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Nothing wrong with Lessard. He doesn't hurt the team and he does what the coach tells him to do.

I think he's one of the cheapest possible bodies we have under contract, will listen to whatever Clouston tells him and possibly most important - he'll keep the other team honest with Carkner out. It's nice to have Neil - and people respect him without question - but Lessard's a nice guy to have around if a game gets chippy. Plus, as much as he plays here in Ottawa, he really doesn't play that much in Bingo either, so I think the Sens were trying to take one of the lesser used guys down there as they're already taking a lot of their 'talent' as it is.

He's certainly not optimum, but he'll do for another 15 games or whatever we have left.

Nice to see O'Brien getting a real shot! ThumbsUp

That's how the lines should look. Why should a legit NHLer like WInchester be forced to play with plugs every single game?

Mostly because the coach has taken a shine to young Ryan "Del" Shannon. I'm more disappointed that D. Smith and now Andre Benoit will be left on the bench while t
The Deller plays the point on the PP.

That is one craaaaapy lineup. I still think they'll beat us - but I wouldn't put $$ on that.

first game after a road trip...senators are notorious for losing those ones.

4-1 penguins, Big Ev will rejoice

I agree actually, but while O'Brien needs 12 minutes or so to show what he can do, Winchester has made it and will remain a fixture on this team for a while IMO.

I take back what I said, it's time for O'Brien to use the time he gets tonight and earn more time like the others - and I'm in his corner, he did very well for himself in Bingo recently, trying to keep them in a spot. I hope he can contribute tonight.

Benoit's quite good, I'm glad to see him back. I think the Sens have 2 guys there with him and with D.Smith and also Hale - all of whom are quite valuable as depth players in this organization.

Don't care about a Crosby-less Pittsburgh. A loss would be good for tank nation.

Foligno, Shannon, Condra, Phillips, Lee and Anderson.

Clouston put Del there just for SSF.

Am I crazy, or is Cooke wearing an "A"? That's ridiculous.

1.Why the heck do we have to have a tribute to everyone that was a Senator at one point?

2.Why are people even bothering booing Kovalev? He's so part of the past now, we should all be looking forward.
