Seeing some of the articles out there recently, I’d be happy with Brad Shaw for head coach. Hoping the jackets lose this round so he can be interviewed quickly.

Not sure if the Sens try to move up. Within the 17-19 range: Ryan Suzuki, Connor McMichael, Moritz Seider (who I think they end up taking - big RHD)
Karlsson -2 last night. On the ice for 3 goals against. Not sure if SJ is loving or loathing him right now. I expect to see him sign with NYR next season.

Nic was brought on to bolster the finances for the LeBreton development. They'll need a different set of skills in the next COO.

I didn't hear about anyone leaving...but there were a couple other hires and internal promotions. Significant changes are required, but the one change that matters the most is the owner.

I did. He has not been approached by the Sens but expressed that he was definitely interested in the opportunity. It sounded like he was answering interview questions (ie: spoke to how he is a good teacher, good with young teams, etc). I suspect the Sens will be in touch now that Clb has been eliminated. Seems like he would be a good hire.
Head Coach - Brad Smith
Asst. Coach - Jacques Martin (Defence specialist)
Special Teams - Chris Kelly
I'd like to see Crawford retained as an assistant but doubt that happens.
