Stone will be traded. The money is there(the bonus aren’t) but I’m starting to think Stone just plainly doesn’t want to play for Ottawa(Melnyk). I do not blame him. Sell the team Donkey Chapeau!

Depends what his price is. If there's a chance he signs at a decent contract then might as well play him. He's not worth a Dung ton on trade market.

To play devil's advocate, why would Dzingel take a penny less than 5 million knowing he's due to be a UFA. And then, why would Ottawa even entertain paying him that for more than 1 second?

I dunno. I really have no attachment to Dzingel to be honest, don't care if he stays or goes.
