My top notch sources are all flooding my inbox with reports that hams being burgled is assured.

I will await SSF's response from his trusted sources to confirm.

It looks very good though. Ahhhhh!

I couldn't give a rat's a$$ about burgled hams. How is Bobby's finger and how has it affected his skating?

I still can't believe we made the playoffs. This is all so surreal.

Here's hoping Michalek coming back reignites Ryan, and Hoffman can bring speed and his lethal shot to the 4th line. First time in a while I think we're able to form 4 really good two-way lines.

Sens x-factor: Chiasson. He could either be a pain in the Habs' side in front of the net, or take dumb penalties resulting in PP goals against.

And depending on the tone of game 1, I can see Chaisson being taken out for Neil (if the hitting gets out of control and the Habs take runs at our players - we're dressing a small forward group).

All the more reason why Chiasson has to bring it tonight.

skating is bad because he was not able to train hard in the summer

Re-watch the last 30 Sens games and you'll have your answer.

Our lineup compared to 2 years ago is miles better.

Hammond is the only factor here.

I suspect it might be a Gerber / Ward type situation where Anderson steps in for a game here and there; assuming we make a long run.

I asked about Bobby Ryan and my sources said "Who cares? There's hams to be burgled." How about that!

Bobby is either out of gas or he's injured. Either way, we can't expect him to be any better than he was for the last 20 games or so...he's a non-factor.

Agreed. Michalek is back, which should improve our situation significantly.

Small forward group? Stone/Ryan/Michalek/Zibanejad/Chiasson/Legwand are all 6'2"+ and all over 210. Turris is 6'1", Lazar/Hoffman/Condra/MacArthur are all 6'0", Pageau is the only small one at 5'9" but hits like a little truck. Then you've got Smith and Greening again 6'2" and over 210.
