Hoffman - Zibanejad - Ryan
Hall - Turris - McArthur

Pretty damn worth it.

I think you can get a player as good as Hall in the top 10 if they pick the right guy.  That said he won't be as good as Hall for 3, 4 years and you want to be back in the playoffs before that.

I still think you can flip the picks (Pitt and Ottawa's) but that's being picky (pun intended).  I think Hall for Lazar, Lehner, 1st is about as good as you can get and that sets Ottawa up for years.
what about switching the 1st for Weir and dallas's 2nd? really want to hold on to that 1st...

If Edmonton doesn't go for that particular deal or sub in Wiercioch and Prince with a 1st round pick then you just don't do it.

I don't think you do it period. Uncoachable guys are killers, if that's true you stay away.

Plus, the stink of failure is all over this guy.

Hall was a winner in Jr in the biggest way and was completely coachable playing for Windsor. Edmonton is just a complete sh*t show.

Somehow Hall went from world beater, 2 time OHL champ, 2 time Mem Cup champ, almost won gold in the WJC, but now all the sudden he's a loser? Don't think so.

Then he can rub up against his new Sens teammates as they lather him with the sweet smell of success which adorns them all.

I don't know, I'd defer to pro scouts heavily on this one.

Ha, fair enough.

Well obviously but the guy is close to a PPG player, he's a goal scorer, and he fits the Sens exact need. He's a very good player with the potential to be great, they don't come along all that often.

The other thing they can do in any deal for Hall is add the 2016 1st if they somehow are picking in the top 10, 5, or w/e else.

Sens' CFO, Erin Crowe, leaving the organization after 18 years.

Wait... a key piece to the Sens that everyone seems to love is missing from practice after the all-star break while everyone knows he was on vacation... This, this is all coming back to me, omg, is it 2008? It Methot really Emery come again?

Only difference here is I wasn't messed up with another Sens player this time around.

Only question now is what colour is the tie that is Erik Karlsson's partner today.

Lots of dead weight in the upper echelons of the non-hockey ops departments with the Sens. It'll be good to have some change.

Time to trim the fat and set aside some dough for The Alfie.

The Alfie will become CFO, CEO, President, Vice-President, GM, player-coach, and Captain. Combined salary? $37M.
