I actually like the wise frugal spending on the team. It's the ability to retain our talent that concerns me. I don't want to be a feeder team for the rest of the league.
Look at St.Louis after their ownership problems were finally resolved. They are now pretty much a cap team just having to retain our talent. We'll have to be that way in the future if we want to keep our prospects once they break out and earn their payday.
