Bobby Mac said that he thought the 7th overall was in play and some numbnuts was excited to offer Cowen for the 7th. Which is borderline challenged obviously.

My sources are saying the same. OTT already has a deal in place for Bogo and Cowen is somewhat expendable because of this. Nice catch!

I think it was Christian Folin? He is still in the NCAA next season... I'm sure more than the Sens are interested but could their Swedish contingent look more favourable to him?

would be nice to have briere here but until I see a guy with a solid reputation talking about it. right now i still feel it's a lot of wishful thinking.
