I have neither a BB or an iPhone, but if I were a Man, I'd get an iPhone. Better to ditch your dingleberries and get away from that sinking ship.

It comes down to email/calendar/contact management. With my BB, I manage 6 email accounts along with full calendar/contact/task/memo integration with Outlook. Very hard to do with an iPhone. Productivity vs Entertainment.tim1_2 wrote:shabbs wrote:iPhone = toytim1_2 wrote:Real men use iPhones.

Yeah, so people say. What exactly do you get done with your BB that you couldn't with an iPhone?

A lot of companies are moving towards iPhones on the corporate network. There is support for Exchange and Active Sync on iPhone. The only issue becomes the company's tolerance for secure communications etc...Number Twenty Nine wrote:BBES support on iPhone would be a match made in heaven.....

Ahh, I see. So the BB is better at managing ridiculous email cluster diddles.
Yeah, for web browsing... the BB was far behind the competition for a very long time, especially the small screen BBs. BB 7.x has come a long way and the 9900's screen is sweet. But you really need a big high res screen to enjoy web browsing on a mobile device. Like Android and iPhone. The BB Torch has a nice screen but it's still low res. That's always been a beef of mine. Crank the damn dpi's on these things.Number Twenty Nine wrote:shabbs wrote:It comes down to email/calendar/contact management. There's no question, BB does email better. But everything else, it doesn't. When I need to look at a simple website run an app, I want to smash my POS BB on the pavement. I installed BBOS 6 recently and it's much better, but still the BOLD is slow as hell compared to my wife's IP4.
If you want to load it up with movies and media, I'd go 32GB min. I've got a load of movies on mine that I bring on the road with me. My wife has a 16GB iPad2 and we're constantly shuffling movies on and off due to the reduced space.Number Twenty Nine wrote:Hey Playbook owners - is 16GB enough?
I'm thinking of getting one to go with my Bold.
