Don't think it was Silf...could be wrong, but the radio seemed sure.

Oh man, they're up 2-1! Missed Silf's goal.

Silfverberg did score. Just a tap in, empty net.

Nobody really too strong except Hoffman as far as forwards go, from what I've seen.

Zib, Stone, Silf all seem to kill penalties for Bingo (plus PP of course). Stone and DD were on the ice to preserve the one goal lead.

2-1 final. Lehner and Benoit and Hoffman were probably 3 stars.

Edit: forgot AHL 3 stars are always based on who scored for the most part (dumb). Lehner, Silfverberg, and Jessiman were 3 stars.

They still need time to get the new system set... get used to the new D pairings and the forward lineup.

But nice come back win... cardiac kids 2.0?

Couldn't watch, but sounded like their offense didn't click tonight at all, so hopefully they'll start coming together. Lehner sounded like he was great.

Pretty much. My prediction of this team running the table in the regular season and playoffs is playing out just as I imagined, as usual.

Last season the Penguins finished second in the East, 30 points up on the last place B-Sens. I guess times have changed a bit. The HockeyFanatic's predictions have the two teams 4-5 in the Division this year (with the B-Sens holding on to 5th).

There's a guy on ustream that goes by bsenshockey: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/bsenshockeylive

He wasn't streaming the season opener, though. Maybe he was at the game.

Who is The Hockey Fanatic? They don't seem to realize that Norfolk is a completely different team (literally) this year.

anyways, most AHL teams are pretty similar this year. Binghamton should be a good team if the lockout lasts a while. They will remain competitive even after that due to their goaltending and forwards.

Earlier today the site was down and when their DNS does not find the domain it redirects you to their search page. Is that what happeed?

I was wondering what was going on.

Rogers shouldn't be hijacking DNS requests as well but that's another story.
