I did a lineup somewhere in these threads...I have to go buy diapers, so I'll have time to think about it. :crossarms:

You're missing Kramer and Culek. I would imagine Kramer will start in the AHL, while Culek may start in the ECHL. I would also imagine that Cowick will start in the ECHL again, as will Caporusso.

Caporusso won't be making it anywhere near the NHL and will probably be let go when his contract is done. He hasn't developed an inch since he was a freshman.

One step at a time, we'll see how he does this year. In the ECHL, I would expect a PPG, so that's nothing, but when he gets the call to the AHL when there are injuries, he MUST prove to Sens management that he's needed.

Kramer is a guy you need in the AHL if you don't have Lessard (please let him go) and also they should let Conboy go.

Haha, he doesn't have a chance dude. If he cracks the AHL I would be a little surprised let alone the fact there will be 3 or 4 new kids coming in the year after. He's a failed draft pick, plain and simple.

Probably, but...there's zero harm in seeing how he does this year. He's got some talent, let's see how he progresses before we write him off. I'll admit, I really don't like his chances though.

Again, hasn't progressed in 5 years, this one won't be any different.

Former B-Towner Mike Brodeur signs a deal with the Houston Aeros. Good for him.

I've done a mock lineup for Bingo a few times, but might as well go at it again.

Silfverberg - Zibanejad - Stone
Hoffman - Da Costa - Petersson
Prince - Pageau - Grant
Dziurzynski - Cannone - Jessiman
On the Bubble:Kramer - Hamilton - Scheider
To the ECHL:Culek, Caporusso, Cowick

Cowen - Benoit
Wiercioch - Gryba
Boro - Eckford
Claesson - Wideman
Blood

Lehner
Lawson

The D is stacked, not sure if they'll start Blood and Wideman out in the ECHL and call them up when injuries hit or when players struggle.

I thought the same thing. They might put Zibanejad on the left wing with Da Costa and move Silfverberg with another C. Possibly Cannone I guess, not really sure.

Ultimately that lineup, whatever it looks like on opening day, will shift frequently based on merit and instructions from the Mother Ship.

Part of the Richardson hire is that he will be a yes-man for the Murray's, something Kleinendorst was apparently reluctant to do.

Yes and no IMO.

I think you're talking about things like asking Richardson to put Zibanejad on the left wing instead of C. And that's something that I guess you have to talk about between Richardson and Murray/MacLean, but other than that, I doubt highly there are any demands from above. Unless he sits someone like Pageau and Prince because they're rookies and perhaps the Murrays don't want them to sit, something like that for example.

Unless Richardson doesn't play someone and sits him constantly, I doubt there'll be much interference.

A lot of NHL teams sent a lot of their players down whether they were on two way contracts or not.. Sens only sent Cowen.. they have so many prospects there that needed the ice time more than the NHL players..

The AHL is going to be a great league this season. Lots of talent in it.

Let's hope CBC, Sportsnet and/or TSN will show some of the games during this season long NHL lockout.

Yeah? Who's reporting to the AHL that isn't on a 2-way contract? There's only so many "veterans' allowed down there, so I assume we did our due diligence.
