Most people have said Halak is the better goaltenders I think, Marak and myself were preeching it for a good month and long behold, he has proven it.

Price has seen his last game in Montreal and places like Edmonton, Chicago, Philly, and Tampa are going to come calling. Vinny to Montreal might not be as far fetched as it once was.

Wasnt the right move then, isnt the right move now. No point in throwing a division rival a grenade because there would be one coming back at ya at some point.

As for what DD said about Foligno, I dont see any place for Foligno in the lineup is Cullen is resigned. He didnt have a good season, he is a RFA with no arbitration rights and I doubt he gets much more then the required raise.

Based what on Murray said it looks like he will make a run at Campbell as well. His salary is big but he could also be had for nothing and in all honesty, a player like him in The East will be a lot more effective then in The West.

I wish I could find what I said too. He re-signed July 9 2008, I can't find any posts in the Montreal section or General Hockey section that go that far back.

Wasn't as bad as I thought given the 5 and a game. But why didn't someone jump him? They had a 2 goal lead and a cal had already been made on Adams, why not feed him a few?
