Well, coaches are not an equation, and since when is an equation part of an issue? It's usually part of a solution.
Anyway, sounds the coaching staff is as good as gone.

Halak didn't have a great game. Montreal defense did not keep the crease clear. Now it's up to Martin to adjust, and I think he can. Will it be enough? Will Pittsburgh again go 4-4 on the power-play? Losing Markov doesn't help, but it looks like Pittsburgh lost Staal, too.
