There's a decent chance Heatley hoists the Cup - and that makes me want to ralph. Go Pittsburgh or Chicago/Vancouver or whoever they go up against.

What an ignorant statement. The Canucks wouldn't be anywhere without Luongo. Where were you when Luongo played so well in Game 1 and most of Game 2? It's so easy to kick a guy when he's down.

I'm still standing by my Canucks in 6 pick. Hawks haven't impressed me at all. They got all the breaks.

Luongo cracks. Game one he was awesome and The Hawks were awful. Game 2, let in the winner with less then 2 left to go. Even the players think he's over rated. He isnt a top 5 goalie in The NHL and it can be argued he isnt even top 10.

Let in the winner yet Versteeg was left WIDE OPEN to score it. Not his fault whatsoever. I'm not even gonna argue this because you said before that you think Elliott is just as good as Luongo. Obviously you don't like him either.

Never said Elliott is as good as Luongo, I know exactly what I said. I siad I would rather have Elliott at 800K Then Luongo for the next 12 years at 6 mil. It's like paying Spezza 7 million a year but just a little worse.

Has nothing to do with not liking Luongo, hell I said he was going to be the guy in nets during The Olympics while you thought it was going to be Brodeur. The guy is over rated, gets rattled, always finds a way to let in goals let (even in The Olympics) and for the most part cant and probably wont get the job done in Vancouver.

Not just me who thinks he's over rated, players were polled and he came out on top.

Umm, you're kidding right? They have the Hart Trophy favorite playing up front along with the 3rd best offense in the league. Luongo was pulled more then anyone in The NHL this year, haha.

Luongo is not a great goalie, he's a good goalie, that's it.

If anything the rest of The Canucks have carried Luongo most of the year.

Don't put words in my mouth, I said before the Olympics that Luongo should be the starter.

I don't care if the players think he's overrated (plus he got 6% of the votes, not a huge percentage anyway), the guy is a good goalie who doesn't get nearly the respect he deserves, and he is always blamed if his team loses. It's never the Sedins, it's never the D, it's Luongo. Maybe that comes with his contract and captaincy, but it's BS. He's getting run every Diddling night and the refs let it go.

The Canucks would be nowhere as an organization without Luongo in nets. He's the main reason they've been relevant for the last 3-4 years. He's a great goalie and in my opinion he is the best goalie left in the playoffs. and don't even say Tuukka Rask...

and who Diddling cares how much the guy makes, anybody would rather have Luongo than Elliott no matter how much more money he makes...
