Leclaire is abslutely a perfect team guy a would be a perfect number 1 if the guy could just stay healthy... man, everything he says is exactly what you want to hear and when he's healthy and on there are not a lot of guys better.

Sounds like we need to sic our new goalie consultant on him.
On that.
“Things worked well without one,” Leclaire said Monday when asked about bringing in a new goalie coach, “but with the decision they made with Eli, a lot of things have been said about him, that he was the guy to blame, and I think it’s really unfair to say that. Just timing wise, things happened like that.
I must say, I'm starting to feel the same way. Is it only coincidence that Elliott played lights-out the moment Eli left?
It is. I think he saw Mike Brodeur outplaying him and it scared him into stepping it up.

Maybe the new consultant can get him on the right track.
how much are we paying this guy, if we were in US his medical bill would be of the chartsSensGirl11 wrote:I've seen Leclaire play really well when the team plays well and stink when they stunk. Not sure what to make of him yet, he can't stay healthy for more than 2 games at a time. Maybe he'll get smoked in the face by a stick on the bench tonight, who knows. Or, maybe he's already hurt again. It's really getting annoying, I don't have the patience for our goaltending woes anymore. Hopefully Elliott can keep up his strong play starting tonight and take the ball and roll with it from here on out. If Leclaire can get his Dung together and play solidly, as I've seen a few times this year, we should be okay going down the stretch. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the luck has changed for us for the better, and hope for the best.

Wow dude. I was beginning to wonder if you were going to just wait 'till #71 himself was back in the lineup to make your return and thanks.

man it took everything out of me to be away this long to be honest, can't imagine another 6 weeks away. I was bound and determined to get back here before trade deadline day for all that excitement, or in our case, perhaps non excitement.
