Meh. There wasn't any "compete level" or "velocity of speed" or any some of the morning-McGuirisms in there.

Sens bulletin: fewer than 50 tickets remaining for tomorrow's game.

Some walk-up customers are going to have to stand.

With Spacek and Mara still not ready to play the Habs have recalled Yannick Weber.

The Sens should keep in mind that Montreal very recently beat the Caps in Washington, beat New Jersey and spanked the Rangers 6-0. They are having trouble against mediocre teams but can still beat a division leader.

Thank goodness that's still Buffalo. Smile

The importance of tertiary scoring:

On the Canadiens third line, Metropolit has no goals and two assists in his last 16 games, Travis Moen has one goal and one assist in his last 29, and Maxim Lapierre has only one goal in his last 25 games.

There game notes just can't be found yet. The URL for the last one we had (Tuesday game) is http://senators.nhl.com/v2/ext/PDFs/Game_notes_100126.pdf, but if I change the 26 to a 30 that's a 404. I also tried the format of some game notes from last year (which had the team acronyms in the name) with still no luck.

Very cool story about the Habs' road to the '86 SC:

Boy, that brings back memories. One day we'll have this for the Sens. Say what you will, that's a pretty storied franchise. It's just so sad to see what it has become.

I found them on the Sens twitter page last time.

You found a link to it on the twitter page. Where do you think the twit found them? They just haven't posted it to the web yet.

Senators C Jesse Winchester is ready to return from a knee injury that has kept him out 10 games. He’ll get in “whenever we see fit to put him in,” said coach Cory Clouston

Winchester's ready to go.

There's no place for Winch or Donovan. Who would have thunk that a couple weeks ago.

Don't look now, but the ENTIRE Sens team is now healthy... for literally the first time this year!
