What makes that figure even more impressive is that almost none of it was on the powerplay.

Well hes earning it

Jacques Demers said he was impressed with him on RDS.

I knew I could make this fit, just had to look for just the right passage to copy from:

Eight! Eight! And we can skate.
Look now! We can skate with eight.
But I can do nine. And hop! And drink! You can not do this, I think.
We can! We can! We can do it, too.
See here. We are as good as you!
We all are very good I think.
With nine, we all can hop and drink!
Nine is very good. But then...
Come on and we will make it ten!

No, the above was not written for the Freakin' Streakin' Capitals (Ottawa is a Capital, too). It's from a great children's book by Theo Le Sieg (a pseudonym of Dr. Seuss). Used to read it to the kids all the time.

Like they needed help with their freefall.

F12her -- that's very clever. Did you come up with that? That would look great on a Sens baseball cap.

Four wins this month for them...yikes. Losing Cammelleri + upcoming schedule = disaster.

Neely's whole point is that scoring isn't everything, and that people who think Spezza is "elite" and "essential to this team" spend too much time reading stats and not enough time watching games.

Try again. Smile

Well it's 4 on 4 and he's the fastest skating defenseman they've got. It's almost like playing with a 4th forward but he's quick enough to get back and start skating backwards at his blue line.

Unfortunately, yes, he can. It's a rare gift.

I agree, Karlsson was standout. Far and away our best offensive D at the moment. Looking more confident and creating more each and every day.

Ahhhhh! Ahhhhh! Lalalala

Just how good, how quick is Karlsson becoming!? Elliott...wow. I'm stunned we won, I thought our goose was cooked in OT. Incredible victory...so awesome.

No one tops Rick Jeanerette. It's funny when him and Harry Neale go at it.
