Just forget it. LMFAO! There's nothing to read into, it's just what me and my uncles, who hate the Habs call him. Trust me, I'm fully (not by choice) bilingual.

Latin doesn't sound "gay" enough.

That's a pretty odd statement. You should "cherish" the fact that you're bilingual. It's an asset; not a liability (no matter what you think of the habs) Smile

Got you beat. B CompSci in '84, M CompSci in '89. First year we used Hollerith cards for programming, batch job submissions (back when "batch" actually meant a stack of cards, with some JCL blue cards at the top, submitted at the input desk, then waiting for the output at the output desk). Learned assembler on a mainframe with 6-bit bytes and 10-byte words. Used Fotran 77 in CEGEP back when it was still only thre years old!

By the time I started my computer science program, punch cards were pretty well a thing of the past. My only memory of punch cards is that my parents used to get their phone bill printed on punch cards.

You certainly have me beat; it's amazing the difference 6 years make (84 to 90).

XXXXX = "Insert your name here". He's saying "My name is XXXXX, I am German."

Speaking of German, here is another Russian joke:

A man is commemorating Remembrance Day (or whatever they call it in Russia) at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Very contemplatively he speaks out "O, unknown soldier. We do not know who you were, but are grateful for your sacrifice. We wonder what you are feeling in that deep, cold grave"

Then the answer comes back "Ich fühle mich gut"

He said that people were being crazy in this long, drawn out Heatley saga - and that fights were bound to happen. He said he'd wait until August - or maybe even training camp to post.

I'm not sure I buy it 100%, but I have to admit, it's dead as disco in the hockey world.

It's way too boring in the hockey world. Any moves that are being made lately are people and teams I could care less about.

I don't think we'll have much to talk about until the end of august.

Just start a thread titled "Spezza will one day wear the 'C'" and he'll be back (P5).
