Hmmm...soft? The top pairing of Kuba and Campoli/Lee? Kuba's a little tougher than people give him credit for. So is Lee actually. Campoli I'm not sure about his toughness level. Picard should be okay as well.

I think they're pretty tough on the whole to be honest. Shrug

Smith is practically gone! Phillips and Volchenkov are good (great-homer) defensemen but are not know to intimidate the opposing players should shannagans break out. We cannot rely solely on Neil to keep the sh1t heads at bay.

I dont think more then 2 of those players will dress together in any one game this season.(barring alot of injuries)

Our 3rd D pairing might be a little soft (Lee/Picard?), especially if Smith goes, but that's to be expected, really.

With Ruutu, Bass/Winchester, and Neil, however, we're going to have one mean 4th line that can probably play 8-10 minutes a game, if needed.

just a quick note on the HB comment earlier. i first heard of thi site thru HB in the comments so it does have it's value. at the very least EK's rumours are good for sh**s and giggles when the boredom hits and i like what Mark brings in his blogs. much better then K.Lee!
