Kuba was awful, but w/e.

Da Costa looked really solid all things considered. Even in the first when he was in the "awe struck" kind of mode when he had the puck you could tell the kid has NHL skill. He was trying to make plays, looked confident when he had the puck, and he had some scoring chances. Away from the puck and in general he struggled but not a whole lot more you can expect from a kid who hasn't practiced or played with the team. If he adds a little more size he will be an NHL player next year.

Agreed. I also thought Benoit looked great. He had some fantastic scoring chances. We have so much to look forward to on D. Kuba sucks for sure, but he'll be replaced soon enough by one of our exciting prospects.

Not a bad showing for a rag tag team of AHL D-men...and Kuba who sucked arse anyway.

Da Costa looked pretty good, a lot of skill and vision. I look forward to seeing more.

nice to hear about DaCosta. this loss would of been more appreciated if the isles and florida would of win. nothing changed.
