The Courtnall brothers were terrific...and you just reminded me of another 'unsung' guy...Kirk Muller...one tuff mutha.

ah yes... Kirk Muller! He had a spark.

I saw him last year I think it was participating in a WPT tournament. He made it to the final table if I recall. Nice guy.

I loved the Habs players from '80s. Remember Mike McPhee?

Mike McPhee...GREAT choice.

He was always one of my faves. Not much style or skill, but he'd never stop trying.

And to put a smile on your face, remember Gaston Gingras' skating strides?

Gaston Gingras...one of my people (one of our family on Mom's side y'know)...LOVED his play.

Those were the days of hard working Canadiens teams...

Back to the present, we might hate the jersey he wears but I have a lot of respect for the way John Mitchell plays the game (from what I've seen).

He had a goal tonight.

Brooks Laich's another - probably not as unsung in Sens land, though, since we let him go. Crying

And how about Pit Martin?

The ultimate unsung player...

You're related? Get out!

I loved his skating, and what a shot! Never on goal, but what a shot!
