Bye Canes

I wonder if the canes try to upgrade on their goaltending next year or ride it out an extra year? both are still under contract for one more year.

Draft Askarov with the Leafs pick and just wait. Don’t know. The have a top 3 prospect pool. Their time will come.

When these playoffs started, I started betting for the first time in a couple of years. It's too stressful. I withdrew my profits and quit the game.

It was very sneaky and pretty vicious. Apparently Gallagher has a "fractured jaw" but I assume it's similar to what I had when I caught a softball in the mouth (the thin part of the bone surrounding the teeth -- in my case two teeth were bent inward but still attached to the jaw, resulting in a "technical" fractured jaw). Still hurts like hell but I'd be surprised if he wasn't back in the lineup with one of those jaw protection attachments.

1 game for Niskanen and apparently Gallagher will be unavailable for the rest of the series. I still wouldn't be surprised if he plays. He's a tough little mf.

I legit feel bad for Montreal. They 100% deserved to win last night. All the goals on Price were just lucky deflections.

Halak playing against his former team has lots of motivation. I dunno...hard to bet against the Bs, but the Isles were playing very well. It should be a great series.

Vegas and Vancouver should be great as well. Both are SUPER fun to watch.
