Poile just said their uber prospect Tomasino will play in the WJ’s before training camp. This tournament (which is starting on Christmas instead of Boxing Day like always) will be loaded. As I said before, I can’t name one prospect that if eligible to play in the tourney, will be held back from doing so.

Michkov putting on another show this morning. We don’t have access to the individual shifts yet, but I’m sure if you type his name on Twitter you will see what he is up to.

Lassi Thomson invisible again today as he has been all season. But yeah, trust those 1st round picks by Ottawa without any degree of criticism. He was a terrible pick last year and his development is making it even worse to date.

Jarventie with another goal though. Give Thomson some time. He jumped straight from his draft year to a men's league and is getting buried behind Valimaki who is another Finnish late bloomer.

By all accounts, he had a good season last year.

he needs to get his Donkey to the AHL when it starts.

Yeah, Thomson's game is better suited to North America, but we'll see.

I love Finns, they take their time to develop but they play the game the right way. He just wasn’t picked in the right spot. Not his fault, it’s all Dorion.

I actually feel bad for Stutzle. So many players will end up better than him.
