I dunno...I see Ennis as 100% a guy that should be traded. There would be lots of suitors for a veteran depth forward that can play anywhere in the lineup and PK as well. He's had a very good year.

Now if the Sens end up resigning him, I'm not opposed to that either.

Kadri, Kucherov, McDavid, Cirelli, Jones, Bouwmeester (assumedly) were injured this week and will be out until after the deadline. Value just skyrocketed for Pageau

At the same time, I think he's a guy that is probably not gonna repeat that success further down the depth chart on the bottom lines. teams would likely be aware of that.
But who knows, I doubt he could net us more than a 5th rounder if even that.

Dorion should also look at protecting the pick the other direction. Like if the Oilers have a great playoff safe we get a pick in the bottom 5 then the pick slides or we get a second as well.

Blockbusters rarely happen at the trade deadline but you never know

Apparently the Isles might have interest in JG Pageau due to their injury situation, but there's a lot of lesser options around the league (like Derek Grant in Anaheim) that won't require a 1st rounder.

Yeah. They need a guy for their 4rth line. I doubt that go with Pageau

I've been reading how the Flyers would like to add some forward scoring depth. Either Pageau or Tierney would be a fit, also helping with their center depth and adding another PK specialist.

With the amount of injuries happening and a fairly close battle for wildcard spots I expect quite a bit of activity by the trade deadline. Florida will also try to catch up to Toronto but it remains unsure if Nashville will do anything.
I wonder if Arizona takes a look at Anderson.
I only hope it drives the return for us.

Florida isn't going to do anything with Sam Montembault in net. They need a backup goalie, a depth dman and a responsible bottom six forward. I expect them to have interest in Anderson and one of our dmen.
