I don't get that.

The fact that it was not streamed is not because it was on TSN5 in Ottawa.  Only that no-one in Ottawa with TSN subscription cared enough to set up a stream.  I've got unlimited internet, so if I could figure out how I probably could do it.  Some of the streams I've seen in the past looked like a web-cam set up in front of a TV -- really bad quality; but others looked like they were getting the feed directly into their PC then streaming it out.  No idea how they do that.  Not sure if that's even possible with digital cable (with analog, since TSN is likely not encrypted, you could probably just feed your cable into a Hauppage capture card).

Bob Lowes has been the Chief amateur scout for Ottawa since 2014 which I believe was formerly Pierre Dorion's role.

It's more likely that my cursory look just didn't yield any good results. I didn't have time to look hard as I was cooking a dish for a potluck and just wanted to catch a few minutes.
