I'd like to re-sign Michalek for a 1 year contract to be honest if he agrees to do that. He's looked better lately and you'll never question his dedication.

I think it would take a minimum of 2, probably 3 to resign him but if you are letting Spezza and Hemsky go, you need some guys capable of scoring 20-25 goals.  Michalek playing with Zibanejad, Turris, Lazar, or another center and he will look similar to how he has looked in the past.

I've been trying to get blocked again for a while.  Looks like he's developed tougher skin (don't remember what it took to get me blocked last time but it was *really* not much.

I'll take the guy that says he wants to be in Ottawa vs the guy that wants to weigh his options.  They will both put up the exact same numbers next year for the most part, Michalek with probably a few more goals along with a solid work ethic.  Hemsky is nothing special and won't work on a team that wants to be hard, fast, and play in all 3 zones.  Hemsky was brought in for Spezza and no one else.

Any player who can finish is a fit for Hemsky. He's all pass, and he's creative, but he doesn't shoot.

Gryba saved his nhl career in a big way. Rock solid number 6 guy.

Hemsky should test free agency, although there's a need for him here. Michalek should sign a 2 year, 4 mil a year, but I doubt he does.

Keep Anderson unless he's being disruptive.

We don't need Hemsky or Michalek. That line is a huge liability IMO.

Michalek really is the guy the Sens should be trying to sign because there are not a ton of players that want to be in Ottawa at this point and part of the team that's still building. 

Anderson might actually get a decent haul if Minny keeps going the way they are.

Yeah, we'd need to bring someone in... for sure. Could be a very different top 6 next year...
