I think you might be surprised. I agree he's worth a 2nd only, but I can see the price being driven up to a 1st.

Stupid decisions these days. If I was a GM, Stewart doesn't play until after Wednesday, ditto Moulson, ditto Vanek, ditto Cammelleri. None of the guys would play who are likely to move.

I wouldn't trade for Brodeur unless I was desperate for a backup goalie and all other options had been exhausted.
