Pretty sure Peterson deserves a shot before anyone else at this point. Yah, I have pretty much thrown in the towel with Da Costa too, just doesn't have it. AHLer, probably a great KHLer.

Take the point, 3 points out of 4 so far on the road. They play like that and they will beat Carolina. The extra sleep is going to help the Sens without question.

Meh, it is what it is. Easy way to get those extra points in shootouts is to win the shootouts. Sens are fine, keep collecting wins and points, can't complain. They win on Saturday and they are in great shape.

Like I said above as well, time for Peterson to get some legit time at the NHL level. Spezza needs a winger, give him a guy who has some hockey sense, hands, speed, and a great shot. Da Costa is a failed project at this point.

Bank that point and get out of there. Those guys always give us a pain in the arse.

What actually needs to happen is Michalek getting injured.

Thank goodness for my man, Chris Neil (and Zack Smith). I like the look of the team right now with the lines the way they are.

Obviously Da Costa isn't really cut out for NHL hockey. I like his drive and effort and stuff, but he's just getting pushed around too easily. He always pops right back up, but it's just not enough. He's not bad or anything, just not cut out for NHL hockey. I wouldn't mind seeing Petersson or Schneider get a call-up when Da Costa gets sent back down.

Poor Ceci got hosed on that tripping call in OT. Man. It was a TBay stick that did it.
