All that schedule is are games you need to win to be a playoff team.

Soft schedule or not, we need a bunch of points out of these games...like .750 would be ideal.

A guy I would still love to see the Sens try and aquire is Mathias from Florida. That's a guy who can play anywhere in the top 9 and not look out of place while bringing a pretty mature game with him. Always liked him.

He's always liked you as well, old friend.

Sens are playing teams on a roll.  Carolina, tampa, washington, columbus, rangers....all will be tough.  Playoffs pretty much starting early.

THey don't need a guy like that, they need a mature Top 6 forward

The Sens are getting around $17M/year from the new Rogers deal starting next season plus whatever they can get for their local TV rights(TSN and Rogers will be bidding for those heavily, Duthie said he expects TSN to make a strong push, they lost the national rights to Rogers, I don't think they want to lose again).

He won't sell as he'll be getting a lot of money soon.  Not to mention the Sens are what's keeping him afloat(probably the only profitable entity he owns).  Interesting that he won't even hint that we can/will spend more in the future.

But whatever I don't really give a Dung anymore, he's really killed my interest in the team although I've had a lot of Dung happen the past few months that did the damage.

That looks like a soft schedule to me.

Soft schedule worries as they seem to have trouble beating team they should be beating but they beat teams that should wipe the floor with them.

Team's never been consistent under PMac, lots of win streaks coupled with losing streaks, with the win streaks slightly larger to get us into the postseason.

Rumours of Hemsky to the Sens are starting... some people talking about Cammalleri being a possibility...

Cammy is an interesting option...

Good old Twitter... Chris Stevenson and Wayne Scanlan were putting it out there... so, grain of salt... but certainly an interesting option.

Cammalleri is a legit playoff stud. He has 32 playoff GP, 17 goals, and 32 points.

I would take him in a heartbeat for a one-time playoff run over Hemsky, in a second.

Who knows too, might be able to resign him cheap with Michalek heading out next year. Guy is hit and miss and goes on long streaks of doing absolutely nothing but he's a game breaker and does produce in the playoffs. Murray went hard after him before as well. Wouldn't give up the farm but if it's a push into the playoffs and 3 years of top 6 play then sure, why not.

Hemsky? No thanks.

Yeah, there is history with Murray and Cammalleri... so, I would not be surprised if he looks closely there...

I get that move plus it's another LH shot on the PP and Spezza is desperately missing one to play with who can score some goals. You just hope you don't give up a ton and hope they can resign him for a few years at a decent price. IMO the cost of a Cammalleri is 2nd in 2015 and Wiercioch... something around that.

Ottawa tried to sign him before he got a bigger offer from Montreal, that's probably why his name came up, although he makes sense. He's been playing like Dung in Calgary from what I understand. I don't know whether it's Calgary or whether he's not as good anymore.

he's on pace for close to 30 goals over 82. He's having a pretty good year, but he's streaky (like Bobby).

Having 2, 3 guys that can score at any time and just go off like Ryan and Cammellari help this team. I'm not the biggest fan of #93 but I see the fit. Still need a PF IMO with an edge but it wouldn't be the worst add especially if they can get a couple more good years out of him.
