I think that's pretty unlikely that we go after both personally.
Assuming that people are healthy next season - and if they're not, we need to rely on depth as usual, then you have the following locked into a top 6 spot:
1.Alfredsson
2.Spezza
3.Michalek
4.Turris
5.Silfverberg
6.OPEN
then the following are locked into bottom six roles:
1.Neil
2.Greening
3.Z.Smith
4.Condra
5.battle between JOB, Daug, DD, Grant, Hoffman, Stone, Zibanejad, maybe Regin, Da Costa
6.see 5
I'd assume that whoever loses the training camp battles for 5 and 6 in the bottom six become the 13th forward, so really, there's one space open and that should be a top line forward. Getting 2 probably over populates the forward ranks and perhaps even sends the wrong message to the players that have worked so hard to become NHLers.
Now...a top line F and a 2nd pairing right hander...? That I can get on board with.
