isn't he a bit more similar to a Regin then to a Weiss? if he was cheap enough (say regin + mid prosepct) could be an interesting experiment. I like the idea that he would probably be cheaper then Weiss.NEELY wrote:Guess there is a rumour Brassard is on the block again... that's a move that makes sense too. Very similar to Weiss but a little younger.

Meh, if the Sens are in the playoff picture, why not? Dude proved what he can do when he wants to play and that's usually in the playoffs. Would still trade him for Regin 100% of the time.

Guy had 3 goals in the playoffs. Yes I would trade him for PetER Regin.

He's not really like Weiss at all. He's a soft as tissue version of Weiss without the leadership.
Still...price is right and Diddle we need help.

Are you saying we could get him for Peter Regin + prospect? Because I'd do that without hesitation. I thought he'd sign here as opposed to Latendresse - and I was fine with that. Big body, 20 goal guy. Yes please.

They play a very similar game.

Meh, Weiss is much more responsible defensively and has much, much more offensive awareness. I'm not sure what you're seeing.

Brassard is fine, ROR would be amazing, Penner would be fine. Hopefully he's really kicking tires right now.

Maybe, maybe not. I'm of the opinion they should be a little more patient and see where they are at in a couple weeks. Get a way better idea of where things are going for this season at this point.

Greening, Smith, and Michalek are the guys that are MIA.
