Silfverberg will get it eventually but right now he's a step or a split second decision behind.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Sens carry 8 D man going forward so I don't think Benoit is sent down at any point unless they decide to bring up Gryba... in which case that might a decision they are forced to make. I think everyone wants to see a little more toughness on the blueline.

Sens are doing everything right and are the harder working team right now and that's what will overcome the bad breaks. Penalties are going against the Sens for sure but they are shutting their mouths, taking it, and playing the game the way it's coming at them... they will benefit from that down the line be it a penalty against the Pens late or a break going their way the last game of the year.

Why the hell is ref blowing that down?

Borowiecki and Benoit are NHL D-men. I'm even more convinced about Benoit now than I am any of the other AHL guys.

I see what people are saying about Silf being a step behind, but he's clearly NHL caliber. Give him time and when he 100% catches up to the play, those are goals.
