How much simpler can I say it? They weren't gonna waste a contract signing Culek again, they have other players that they want to sign or acquire.

How do you terminate a contract mid-season? They told him he could go and play elsewhere I assume, but he counted against our 50 contracts. You don't just wave your magic wand and the contract goes away.
You assume a lot of things and are often wrong. Like in this case, for instance. The contract was terminated way back in January by mutual agreement and he hasn't counted against the contract limit since that time. Since he had no contract...
