I bet it doesn't. It's one thing to go out for a couple of drinks, especially if it's a bunch of players together. But to stay out until 4AM the night before a game? Ridiculous even in the regular season. Maybe a bad decision to have these two staying together on the road.

Whether Radulov is their highest scorer or not is immaterial. They lost G1 and needed to have a strong G2, and didn't. Radulov had 1 shot on goal through the first 2 games. He had nearly 22 minutes of ice time in G1 then slipped to 15:17 in G2, and he was -2. Clearly his performance was not where Trotz wanted it to be; was it because he stayed out till 4AM? Could well be.

Yeah... the Stone/Silf shuffling was a bit odd... but maybe there were other things going on that we were not aware of.

Two coaches - both nominated for the Jack Adams - both took players the team recently signed and inserted them in their respective lineups. Tortorella put Kreider in and MacLean put Stone/Silfverberg in. I don't see anything wrong with it personally.

Meh, it might not have made that much of a difference but I still liked the idea of saving Silfverberg in case there was a game 7. It was like an ace up the sleeve for PMac that he just wasted in game 6. Pmac also came on the radio this monday and said he struggled with the decision and actually acknowledges that it was a controversial decision on his part.

Oh well...he's a jack adams nominee. He can do what he feels is right.

Looks like LA is gonna sweep, for sure. Anyone else agree that the WRONG 8th seed is going deep in the playoffs?

Elliott still had a great year, but he was great as a platoon goalie. When Halak went down Elliott was fine for a few games but he seems to lose something going too many games in a row. I don't know if it's confidence because he didn't fold when Halak initially went down.

Bet the Blues wish they still had Bishop...

Bold move(s), but it worked last game. Hard to argue with the decision when you're 0-2 WITH the guys and 1-0 WITHOUT the guys in the series.

And if they win tonight... you know they'll remain out for Game 5. The drama continues...

Grapes argued that you don't sit out your top two scorers when you could be blowing your chance at a Cup Finals appearance. Thing is, though, through the two games he played Radulov had 1 shot on goal and an assist (PP, I think). He was also -2 or -3. He may have been their top scorer in the previous series but not in this one. Sitting him was not a big deal. Same with Kostotsyn.

Who are the Preds dressing instead of Radulov and Kostitsyn? And it is just the one brother and not both that were suspended right?
